Free Information Night

Friday, December 4

An evening for youth with Meg Waurick, Psychologist

There are lots of things that can cause us to feel stress.

Sometimes we don’t even know we are experiencing it.

We will learn what stress is, why youth experience stress differently from adults or kids, and how to recognize when and how stress is affecting you. We will try out some stress management techniques and learn when to get outside help.
